National Audubon Website. Olympic Peninsula Audubon Society  was founded in the early 1970s as a chapter of the National Audubon Society. It is one of 26 chapters in Washington state (and one in Victoria BC) that comprise the Audubon Council of Washington.  The geographic domain of Olympic Peninsula Audubon, as defined by the chapter and by automatic assignment of new members by National Audubon, is Clallam County. http://www.olympicpeninsulaaudubon.org
