Jeff’s field expertise includes raptor migration monitoring and sound-based avian studies. Jeff founded his company Pteravia to share his knowledge and passion for birds with others. Driven by an unshakeable commitment to conservation, Jeff spent two decades working and partnering with nonprofits, government agencies, universities, and companies across North America including Bird Conservancy of the Rockies, Institute for Wildlife Studies, University of California Davis, Washington State Department of Transportation, U.S. Forest Service, U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, and many more.
