Follow the simple steps to create your legal will
Choose the beneficiaries - and causes- that matter to you most
Print your will, sign with a witness, and rest easy knowing you’ve completed a legal will in Washington State.
Bequest or Will
Including a gift to Kitsap Audubon Society in your will by designating a specific amount, percentage, or asset. Sample language to share with your estate planning professional: “I give to Kitsap Audubon Society a nonprofit corporation located at PO Box 961, Poulsbo, Washington (EIN: 91-1288921), [written amount, percentage, or description of property], for its unrestricted charitable use and purpose.”

Retirement Plan Beneficiary
Name Kitsap Audubon as a beneficiary of your IRA, 401(k), or other retirement plan. These gifts avoid probate and may be a tax-wise way to support conservation. Many advisors suggest leaving retirement assets to charity and other assets (like stock or real estate) to heirs. Check with your professional advisor today!

Charitable Remainder Trust
