In order to participate in Kitsap Audubon Society’s Field Trips or Events, you must fill out the liability waiver form below and click the submit button prior to signing up for a trip or event. Once a waiver has been signed, it will be valid for the remainder of the KAS operating year (September – June). Your information will be saved in a secure spreadsheet accessible to Kitsap Audubon Society’s Field Trip Leader(s) and event organizers.
